Website Design Process

1. Domain: If you do not already have a domain, you will need to purchase your desired domain name before E2MP begins any work.

2. Hosting: You must have a web hosting account before any design work begins. We offer web hosting at http://e2mphosting.com.  If you would prefer to be hosted elsewhere, 95% of hosts are compatible but please email us so that we can make sure this would be proper hosting for your website.

3. Getting Started: We consult with all of our clients to obtain a full understanding of what services they need. Once we have received your design questionnaire, signed agreement and 50% deposit, we will begin to design your website.

4. Website Design: Using information from your consultation and questionnaire, we will start working on the graphics, buttons, backgrounds and other essential elements of your website along with the programming. This portion of the design process can take between 2-12 weeks depending on the complexity of your site and revisions.

5. Page Tabs, Verbiage and Images: Page (navigation) tabs, content/verbiage, and images are requested and should be sent within 5 days of the signed agreement or deposit payment. If no verbiage or images are sent to us, we can not start any aspect of your project. We do not normally provide verbiage, but web copy can be purchased for an additional fee.

6. Website Preview and Revision Process: Once your initial design preview is completed, we will email you so that you can take a look at the layout and design and make any changes necessary. The layout may be sent as a PDF document or as an internet link. Make sure to let us know, by reply to that email, of any changes that you need us to make to the overall design and layout of the site. The design of your website is the most important part of your package, so please be clear and organized in your emails. Once the design and layout is confirmed, we will input your verbiage. If you decide that you do not like your layout and design after you've approved it and extensive changes are required, additional fees may apply.

7. Website Delivery: Once you have made the final approval of the design, we will send out your final pending invoice so that we can proceed with the content upload and delivery process. Within 1-2 business days of confirming your final payment, we will email you a .zip file which will contain the elements included in your package. Software source code and layered files are not included. The delivered files will include any additional package elements purchased by you, such as advertising banners and any graphics.

8. *ECOMMERCE WEBSITES: Product Entry and Additional Services: Product entry will be uploaded after delivery. If no product entry services are included in your package or purchased, you are responsible for all product entry. You will also be responsible for adding any additional information page content.

DO YOU NEED US TO UPLOAD YOUR PRODUCTS OR MANAGE YOUR SITE? WE CAN UPLOAD PRODUCTS INTO YOUR SITE FOR $3 PER PRODUCT + $5 SERVICE FEE. WE CAN COPY PRODUCTS DIRECTLY FROM YOUR VENDORS, DROP SHIPPERS, MANUFACTURER OR DISTRIBUTOR SITES OR YOU CAN EMAIL US YOUR PRODUCT INFORMATION AND ATTACH THE PRODUCT PHOTOS. WHATEVER IS BEST FOR YOU!

9. Website Launch: Let us know as soon as you are ready to open your website to the public. Once your website is launched, we recommend that you send out a newsletter to your mailing list to inform them of your launch, start advertising your site using your ad banners so that you can receive traffic, and create links to worthy partners to help your search engine rankings.

10. Website Assistance: If you need technical assistance regarding your website at any time during the process or after delivery, please email us immediately for assistance.

Payment Process

Payment Options

  • We accept all Major Credit Cards
  • We accept cash and certified payments
  • We accept checks drawn on business accounts. (Work begins and is released after check payments have been processed.)
  • We do not accept personal checks.

Deposits

* A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due on all web design orders. The remaining balances are due upon completion of work according to projected time line AND before files are uploaded to the hosting account. If project is extended due, an additional 25% of total cost is due. * All individual design and printing orders must be paid in full at the time of the order.

Balances & Final Payments

All balances are due within 48 hours of the completed project and before delivery. A late fee will be applied to invoices that are not paid on time.

Wednesday - Friday 10am-2pm | Saturday 10am - 12pm We recognize all US Federal Holidays, various religious observances, and some extra ones. If your project lead needs or desires a religious holiday, your project will be assigned to someone else during that time.
